I visited this salon for a hydra facial and nail service, and the experience turned into a complete nightmare.
During the facial, the staff member (Jiya) asked me to remove my gold chain and offered to take it off for me.
I agreed, trusting that my belongings would be handled responsibly.
After the service, the chain was never returned, and unfortunately, I also forgot to ask before leaving. When I realized and immediately called the salon, I was told they didn't have it. I went back the next day to follow up, but no one took responsibility - no tracking, no apology, no accountability. The staff and the owner both denied any involvement and offered no support or resolution.
This gold chain was worth nearly 2 lakhs, and losing it due to negligence and lack of honesty has been extremely stressful and upsetting. I have already filed a police report because of how the situation was handled.
This experience reflects unprofessional behaviour, zero responsibility, and a complete lack of ethics. I strongly advise others to avoid this salon to protect their valuables and peace of mind. No customer deserves this kind of treatment.
